Role description: SDR
Target / KPI: # of meetings held / # of opps created

Growth perspective:
SDRs will be trained and coached directly by the Head of Sales who was a former BDR, then grew to AE, built out the Sales Org for a Munich-based SaaS company , and will help you develop and grow into an AE or SDR leader internally
Must haves:
1. Strong work ethic, wants to succeed and work
2. Coachable, strong spirit, drive and charisma
3. Some form of sales experience b2b for 3+ months
Nice to haves:
1. Actual SDR experience in b2b SaaS
Hiring process: 3 steps
Salary range & secondary benefits: 45-55k base + 20-25K
