Our client provides a cutting-edge platform designed to optimize the management of Microsoft's security tools and policies across multiple tenants, empowering MSPs to scale their security efforts with ease. Recently launching its US operations in California, our client is now seeking a Sales Development Representative to expand and strengthen its MSP partner base across the US.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
Educate MSP partners on integrating our solutions into their services, focusing on policy management and security.
What You Bring
An entrepreneurial spirit and high energy
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (Nice to have)
At least 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience (Nice to have)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritise work
Desire to connect with, and add value to MSP business owners over the phone, LI, Email
Attend roadshows, and events where you will have the opportunity to engage with prospective clients
