Role description:
> As SDR you are part of the first team for Germany, building out the region. This role will be a combination of outbound pipeline generation & inbound lead qualification. You will work with a modern tech stack (Salesforce, Cloudtalk, Apollo, SalesNavigator) to assess ICP accounts, identify stakeholders, and book meetings to generate pipeline.
> Germany is a focus area with tons of growth opportunity for the company and you have the opportunity to make a big impact in its growth!
> Target / KPI: Target is 18 SQL's/month
> Team attainment: 90%
> Deal size/cycle: 10-20K ARR with 45-60 day cycles
> PG % & support: 70% outbound / 30% inbound

> The German government pushed a new legislation that's driving tons of inbound leads to the company - they need to comply and need a solution - there's high demand
> e.g. VolkswagenGroup and Casio came inbound in Germany and recently were closed enterprise accounts
> Company grew to 5M ARR with mainly inbound - Leadership, strategy & process are now in place to scale at 100% YoY growth, the outbound machine has now been build and runs successfully across EMEA
> They are really beating the competition. Both competitors got acquired by larger companies, having made their competing solution more of an add-on with much less capabilities. These companies had lay-offs and low quality support.
> The current Sales Leader comes from one of these competitors and knows exactly all their weaknesses and how to win from them.

Must haves
6+ months of SDR experience in b2b SaaS working with Enterprise accounts
Nice to haves:
Domain experience and expertise
1+ year experience as SDR SaaS experience

Salary range & secondary benefits: 70 - 85K OTE (60/40 split)
