Role description:
As SDR, you are focused on generating a pipeline and creating sales opportunities
You run discovery calls and dive into the pains and ideal solution of the customer, qualifying the right opportunity for the AE's
You are targeting companies with high volume Ad spend,
The buyer personas are Ad buyers, Content Designers, CMOs, heads of Marketing Performance, and Digital marketers.
Target / KPI: generating 1.5M ARR in the pipeline
Team attainment: 100% so far (the company is in high growth)
Deal size/cycle: 70-120K ARR/cycle = 2 - 6 months
ABM approach (very strong inbound)

They have 3X'd in company revenue and growth in 2024

Salary range & secondary benefits:
Base 45-60k base + 20K-30K commission
