Product: Financing solutions for renewable energy installers (solar, heat pumps, EV charging)
Size and functions of local team:
1 head of growth
1 full time SDR + interns
2 account managers(full cycle sellers)
Role description (which vertical, buyer persona, deal sizes, deal cycles, Ent/MM/SMB, leads, etc):
Cold calling–focused: 100–120 activities/day
Targeting SMB installer companies (solar/heat pumps)
Buyer persona: Owners, managers, sales managers
Use of HubSpot CRM; 5–6K enriched leads already available
Email outreach; little/no LinkedIn used
3–5 demos/day target

Open to hiring fresh grads only if they’re extremely driven

Strong motivation to cold call and handle rejection
Either prior SDR experience OR a clear understanding of what the role entails
German fluency

Salary range & secondary benefits:
€50–75K OTE (60/40 or 70/30 split)
Commission flexibility (monthly/quarterly payout)
