Size and functions of local team: ~14 employees; mix of engineering (AI/full-stack), product, and founders handling GTM
Role description
(First) SDR supporting founders to drive top-of-funnel leads (HVAC, plumbing, electrical distributors/manufacturers).
Prospecting via email, LinkedIn, calls; qualifying leads; booking demos; supporting deal acceleration.
Targeted on Meetings booked, qualified pipeline created (exact quota not public – likely 20–30 meetings/month)
Can work on building the playbook for outbound sales
Deal sizes & Cycle: 50-500K ARR/cycles are 3-8 weeks

Must haves
1+ years B2B SaaS SDR/BDR experience (can't be someone who still has to be told how to build a sequence and GTM plan for outbound)
Worked in an early-stage, high-paced environment
Comfort with outbound prospecting in construction/manufacturing verticals
High work ethic, resilience and entrepreneurial mindset (comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration)
Nice to haves
Familiarity with CPQ, ERP, or construction tech
Experience in seed/Series A SaaS scale-up environments
