Size and functions of local team: 5-person team (2 AEs, 3 AMs) with plans to hire 1 BDR. UK business at £8M ARR, part of €100M+ international organisation.
Role description:
As UK Sales Manager, you will lead a team of AEs and AMs targeting SMB and Mid-Market segments. Your core mandate is to grow UK revenue from £8M to £15M ARR over the next 3–4 years.
Sales cycles are driven by both inbound and outbound efforts, with an increased focus on outbound and mid-market re-engagement. Deal sizes range from £10K to £80K ACV.
This is a hands-on, execution-driven role with weekly deal reviews, live coaching, and a disciplined forecast cadence.
You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Enablement and BDRs to implement the global GTM strategy at a local level and build a high-performance sales function.

Must haves:
5–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (closing roles)
2–5 years in sales leadership
Experience with SMB and mid-market customers
Strong outbound and inbound sales execution
Background in startup or scale-up environments
Able to work from London or Manchester 3–4 days per week
Nice to haves:
Experience in UK SaaS/tech sales, especially in IT or the public sector
Exposure to CX or customer service-oriented software
Broader commercial exposure across verticals
Salary range & benefits:
£180K OTE (60/40 base/variable split). Flexibility available for the right candidate.
