Product: GTM data platform; custom datasets for sales, marketing & RevOps. Commercial Leaders use GoodFit to configure the data they need, to fuel their GTM strategy of choice.
Size and functions of local team: Current team includes 1 AE, 1 AM, 1 Founders Associate, 1 Solutions Founder (Harrison), and VP of Revenue (Wahid), all of whom are involved in deals and customer interactions.
Role description:
This is a hands-on SDR role with both inbound and outbound motion. You’ll be responsible for working inbound replies generated by automated LinkedIn and email outreach, while also executing targeted cold outbound into commercial leadership at B2B companies. You’ll need to research accounts and prospects using the GoodFit platform, understand industry verticals, and tailor your outreach accordingly.
You’ll spend:
2–3 days/week researching and targeting accounts
2 days/week cold calling commercial leaders (e.g. CROs, VPs Sales, RevOps)
Expect to be involved in higher-level conversations — this isn’t a volume/low-context motion. You should be curious about GTM, educated on SaaS markets, and able to hold thoughtful, relevant discussions with senior stakeholders.
Reporting to: VP Revenue
Buyer personas: CROs, VPs Sales, VPs Marketing, RevOps leads
Motion:
Inbound lead qualification from automated sequences (LinkedIn, Email)
Outbound prospecting: cold calling, researched outreach
Use of internal tools (GoodFit platform) to tailor outreach based on prospect vertical
Must haves:
6+ months experience in a startup environment
Proven cold calling experience
Experience pitching a complex solution (e.g. payments, cybersecurity, technical SaaS)
Interest or curiosity about GTM/data/SaaS sales
Ability to hold educated conversations with senior commercial leaders
Not from a major corporate/big name background
Could come from a recruitment background if they demonstrate grit
Nice to haves:
Has grown internally at a strong company
Has gone above and beyond in previous GTM roles (e.g. built a Clay table or similar initiative)
Exposure to technical selling or selling into technical personas
Salary range & secondary benefits:
£35K–£45K base (OTE up to £60K–£65K)
