Strong academic background (Bachelor+)
some form of b2b sales experience

Sales experience (B2B)
SaaS SDR experience
Extra curriculum at school
Salary range: 40-50k fix (for a college graduate) + 20k bonus / Up to 60k fix + 20k bonus for someone with sales experience
