Role description:
SDR – Primarily outbound B2B; leads sourced via LinkedIn and internal outreach. No commissions; success measured through team performance and strategic contribution. Mix of emails and calls used. Opportunity to shape commercial strategy with senior team.

Salary range & secondary benefits:
• €3,000–€4,000 gross/month excl. holiday allowance
