Size and functions of local team: 1 Swedish AE, 1 Dutch AE, 1 Dutch SDR becoming an AE (this is to backfill him), Head os Partnerships (Swedish), 2 Dutch SDRs and 1 German.
60 people in Oslo (Norway) and 15 in Sweden. 1 SDR in Copenhagen, 3 SDRs in Sweden
Role discription: SDR Benelux team is very succesful.
Now target = 10 meetings per month. Consistently hitting 20+ meetings per month
100% outbound, no marketing leads yet.
ACV: 60k ARR
Cold calls (20 per day), email, LinkedIn. Salesloft, Sales Navigator, Cognism.
When meeting is booked the AE joins the SDR to further qualify and do the discovery (SPIN selling).
ICP meeting completed is the target. (might change in 2026 to qualified opportunities)
Depending on size potential deal, the commission is defined.
