Role description:
We're looking for a high-performing, results-driven Account Executive to focus on new logo acquisition in the mid-to-enterprise segment (accounts ranging from 600 to 2,000 FTE). This is a pure new business role with around 25% self-sourced pipeline and a deal cycle of 5–9 months. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of B2B SaaS closing experience, has consistently exceeded quotas, and is ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll be responsible for closing deals in the €30K–€100K ARR range with an annual quota of €400K–€500K ARR.
You will play a key role in shaping a high-performance sales culture, bringing energy, ambition, and a hunter mentality while maintaining the charisma to win trust and build strong client relationships.
Must haves:
3–5 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS
Proven track record of exceeding targets
Experience with complex deal cycles (5–9 months) and deal sizes (€30K–€100K ARR)
Dutch-speaking
High energy, driven, results-oriented
