Role description:
- Full-cycle AE role focused on closing new logos
- Works across 3 Tiers (Tier 1: high ACV, long cycles up to 6 months; Tier 3: low ACV, short cycles of 2-3 weeks)
- 100% outbound role, no inbound leads
- Target based on client worked hours
- Covers Hospitality, Logistics, and Retail verticals

- Experience with a sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger)
Nice to haves:
- Experience in Hospitality, Logistics, or Retail
- More than 3 years of experience
Salary range & secondary benefits:
- Base salary: up to €77K
- OTE: up to €106K (including 37.5% bonus)
