Size and functions of the local team: 4 AE's, 6 BDRs, 2 AMs + Head of AM + sales consultants
Role description:
Responsible to build pipeline and close deals
1.2M ARR target annually
50% self generated pipeline, 50% sourced for AE's
ACV: 30-50-100K POCs lands with 300-500K upsells
Cycles take 6 months for POC's
Growth perspective:
With the growth of the company come career development opportunities
Must haves:
4 years of SaaS experience (can include BDR experience)
Excellent understanding/experience in sales rigor, complex deal closing in the enterprise space
Has sold technical solutions
MEDDICC or SPIN trained
Hungry, intelligent, and sharp person
Proven experience working closely with pre-sales engineers
Driven and young ideally
Nice to haves:
Technical affinity/background (engineering/sales engineer)
Automotive background
In Berlin, Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt
Salary range & secondary benefits: 130-170K OTE (60/40) + company car (no shares)
