Local Team Structure:
Total team: 100 FTE (40 in Amsterdam)
Commercial team: 15 FTE
Key Responsibilities:
Building and nurturing relationships with strategic clients (e.g., Bol.com, Amazon).
Project management and ensuring smooth collaboration.
Leveraging analytical skills to drive account growth.
Expanding the client footprint.
Must-Haves:
3-5 years of Key Account Management experience (managing 1-5 large accounts).
A strong mindset: willingness to learn, work hard, and take ownership.
Coachability, intelligence, ambition, and excellence.
Problem-solving, hands-on mentality – thrives in a fast-paced, start-up-savvy environment.
Affinity with the purpose-driven e-commerce industry.
Nice-to-Haves:
Dutch or German language skills.
Background in FMCG or retail.
