About the role
You have 3+ years of sales experience (ideally in a B2B SaaS company)Ideally, you have gained initial experience in leading a team or have been responsible for allocating tasks to other team members or have trained new colleagues
You enjoy contributing creatively to the development of our internal processes and best practices
Common sales KPIs and their creation are not new territory for you
You are confident in using a CRM tool (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive)
You speak fluent German and have very good English skills - Swedish/Norwegian are a plus (but definitely not a must-have)
You work independently, are success-oriented and have special negotiating skills when dealing with customers
You are characterized by your sociable and open-minded nature
