Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: €100,000 – €150,000 per year
Role Description
This role is central to scaling the business by 4–5x over the next 3–4 years. As Head of Marketing, you will lead and expand all marketing pillars while working cross-functionally to align pipeline goals with product and sales strategies.
Team Size & Leadership Scope
Direct Reports: 1 (with a plan to grow the team to 3–4 FTEs within 12 months)
Key Collaboration: Sales, Product
Responsibilities
Build and execute a scalable marketing strategy to support rapid revenue growth
Lead all core marketing functions: demand generation, product marketing, brand, and marketing operations
Grow the marketing team and establish efficient team processes
Align closely with sales and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and goal setting
Own and optimize reporting across marketing channels (CAC, LTV, sourced pipeline, etc.)
Requirements
Must-Haves:
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
Proven expertise in strategy, product marketing, and brand building
Demonstrated leadership and team scaling experience
Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities
Established network of freelancers and agency partners
Creative and strategic mindset
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience scaling a SaaS business 3–5x
Experience in international expansion or marketing localization
HubSpot CRM experience
Fluency in a third language (e.g. French or German)
