About the role

Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)
Location: Denver, Colorado (Hybrid – 4 days in-office, 1 day WFH)
Salary: $50,000- $55,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE ~$75K+)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Drive outbound sales — cold calls, emails, social outreach

Learn the platform and understand the events industry

Shadow demos and onboarding to become a product expert

Contribute to sales and marketing process improvements

Career growth:

Year 1: Learn the ropes of the product and outbound sales

Year 2: Transition into an AE or specialist role

Year 3+: Move into leadership, expand into new regions, or take on strategic global projects

Who You Are:

Sales experience (in any industry) is required

HubSpot experience is a plus
