Role Overview
A fast-scaling AI company is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success to manage a portfolio of roughly 400 accounts across both high-touch enterprise clients and scaled tier-1/2 accounts (£5K–£10K ACV, contributing to overall revenue).
The role focuses on renewals, long-term account health, and customer value, measured through Net Dollar Retention. While expansions are managed by Sales, Customer Success plays a crucial role in identifying opportunities and ensuring adoption, onboarding, and successful integration of AI-driven solutions.
You will be joining in a phase where processes are still evolving, meaning you will help shape CS workflows, build scalable models, and drive automation within HubSpot. With limited technical resources, you must be comfortable operating autonomously and managing both enterprise-level relationships and operational CS tasks.
Candidates coming from Series A–C SaaS environments with high-volume CS models will thrive best in this position.

Must-Have Experience
• 3–7 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS/AI roles
• Background managing enterprise customers in high-volume or low-touch environments
• Strong renewal ownership and customer relationship capability
• Proven ability to operate in early-stage, unstructured environments
• Data-driven approach with comfort managing KPIs and improving workflows
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into simple explanations
• Experience in Series A–C scale-ups with limited resources
• Comfortable balancing strategic account work with operational tasks
Nice to Have
• Experience in computer vision or adjacent AI sectors
• Familiarity with annotation tools or related SaaS
• Technical skills to reduce reliance on engineering
• HubSpot automation and integration experience
• Python skills for workflow automation
• Manufacturing or industrial SaaS background
• Scaled CS / self-serve or automation experience
• Exposure to Vision AI or industrial AI companies
Hiring Process
