Role Description
This is a foundational role responsible for building and scaling the go-to-market (GTM) engine and underlying marketing operations. You’ll own the full tech stack and automation setup, enabling seamless revenue attribution and customer lifecycle flows.

Key Collaboration: Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams
Responsibilities
Build and maintain scalable GTM infrastructure from scratch
Own end-to-end HubSpot setup, including data models, workflows, lead routing, and CRM hygiene
Implement and manage tool integrations using automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make)
Set up automated enrichment flows using tools like Leadinfo
Develop full-funnel dashboards for performance and revenue attribution
Improve speed-to-lead processes and support outbound sales motions
Define and manage GTM data flows, lifecycle touchpoints, and architecture
Requirements
Must-Haves:
4–7 years of experience in marketing operations
Background in B2B or B2C tech environments
Hands-on expertise in HubSpot configuration and strategy
Strong automation skills using tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make
Understanding of APIs, JSON, and marketing data structures
Proven experience in building systems from the ground up
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mixpanel)
Previous work in HubSpot agencies or at Series B/C scale-ups
