Role description:
Target account list: 300 accounts per AE, mid market (100 - 300 mio turnover)
100% new business focus
Top 25 per AE outreach done by themselves.
Events, webinar for pipe gen. 20% self sourced, rest done by Agent Managers (BDR), outbound agency and marketing.
Currently 241 customers (9mio ARR).
ICP: Manufacturing, Industrial, Construction, Medical.
Buyer personas vary between IT, Marketing and sales.
Fully personalized sales, in full transition now to work more focused - based on their ICP - and automated, with AI. A new website was launched, SEO/ paid advertising is fully reevaluated, a new high calibre tech stack is implemented.
USA needs to take over this way of working.
Great potential to naturally step into leadership and lead the US squad.
ACV: $60k ARR and going up
Sales cycle: 3-6 months
Annual quota: 1mio ARR
Must haves:
Minimum 3 years of closing experience within SaaS
Strategic mindset

MEDDPICC experience
Selling into the manufacturing industry
Salary range:
For medior: 170k OTE, 50/50 or 60/40
For senior (>5+ years experience): 230k OTE, 50/50 or 60/40
