Role description:
AE – Closing-focused, full-cycle sales across all deal sizes with warm inbound leads (no cold calling). Includes handling demo requests, online/in-person meetings, events. Events are a key lead channel. Target includes ARR and number of new clients. Current motion includes ~20% partner-led sales with ambition to grow to 50%. No formal segmentation (SMB/MM/Ent) yet; all team members cover broad accounts. Role includes coaching juniors and potential to lead Sales in future.

Must haves:
4+ years B2B sales experience
Full sales cycle experience (closing, demos, etc.)

Dutch-speaking
Based in Nijmegen, Den Bosch region
Willing to work in a flat team structure with hands-on execution
Nice to haves:
Experience in SaaS
Partner/channel sales experience
HR experience in some form (highly preferred)
