Role description:
High-velocity, full-cycle inside sales role with end-to-end ownership of the sales process: cold call → demo → close within 3–4 touchpoints. The role is heavily outbound-driven and focused on closing a high volume of small to mid-sized deals.
Key expectations:
Daily volume: 80+ outbound activities, ~30 quality conversations
Daily output: 5 demos set → 4 held → 1 deal closed
Sales cycle: <30 days
ACV: €2,500–€3,000
Monthly target: €40K–€50K ARR (~€500K annually)
Ramp-up: Full productivity expected within 7 days
Team & company performance:
Inside Sales & AE team overperformed targets in 2025
Reps earn 15–20% commission on any ARR closed
On-target performance results in ~€90K commission, with uncapped upside
Company doubled revenue in 2025 (€6M → €12M ARR) without increasing burn significantly
Strong efficiency and execution; €20M ARR projected for the current year
Must haves:
1–2+ years of high-intensity outbound sales experience (call center, insurance, telco, energy sales, SDR)
Proven 100%+ quota attainment over multiple quarters
Experience in KPI-driven, high-performance sales environments
Strong cold calling and objection-handling skills
Exposure to structured sales methodologies and professional sales training
Experience with modern sales tools/tech stack
Comfortable with short sales cycles (<30 days)

Salary range & earning potential:
Base salary: €40,000 – €50,000
Commission: 20% flat on every deal closed
OTE (on target): ~€140,000
