Role description:
First dedicated commercial hire supported by an external lead gen agency, you will have 6+ discovery calls booked for you each week. Qualify the opportunities and work directly with the founders to help move pipeline through the funnel.
Owns discovery calls from inbound and sourced leads (6+ per week)
Conducts discovery, qualifies opportunities, manages deals to close
Some strategic outbound: focused on key target accounts, not high volume cold-calling
Collaborates closely with external sales advisors

Commercial support is outsourced – this role is the internal bridge

Must haves:
2+ years experience - including full cycle sales with a consultative sales processes
Strong discovery and qualification skills
Comfortable leading calls, managing follow-ups, and pushing deals forward

Nice to haves:
Understanding of or experience in the channel ecosystem
Degree in business information management or related analytical field
Experience selling to CIO/CTO
Salary range & secondary benefits:
upto €60k base incl + €40k commission (absolute max)
