Founding Account ExecutiveRemote | AI + ERP Optimisation SaaS OTE $360k–$400k + Equity | Reporting to CEO
Divi is a seed-funded Australian AI platform helping enterprises optimise cash flow, inventory, and margins on top of existing ERP systems.
We’re hiring a Founding Account Executive to own enterprise sales end-to-end and build the repeatable sales motion from the ground up.
The Role As Founding AE, you will:
* Own the full sales cycle: outbound → discovery → negotiation → close
* Close mid-market and enterprise deals
* Sell into Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain leaders
* Build pipeline in a low-inbound, early-stage environment
* Shape GTM foundations: ICP, messaging, pricing, and playbooks
Requirements:
* Proven enterprise SaaS closer ($100k+ ACV)
* Strong outbound/hunting track record
* Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles
* ROI-led seller (value over features)
* ERP experience required
* High ownership mindset, thrives in ambiguity
Nice to have: AI/data/supply chain exposure, manufacturing or inventory-heavy industry experience.
