A venture-backed healthtech startup is building the next generation of intelligent healthcare clinics, helping operators grow revenue without increasing admin overhead.
With strong early traction (triple-digit month-on-month usage growth), the company is now hiring a Founding Customer Success Manager to help scale its customer base and define the future of customer success.
The role:
As an early team member, you’ll own customer relationships end-to-end, onboarding, adoption, retention and growth. You’ll work directly with healthcare operators, using data and insight to optimise their experience and drive measurable impact.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role suited to someone who thrives in early-stage environments and wants to help shape process, playbooks and strategy from the ground up.
What We’re Looking For:
* Currently or previously been a founding/early-hire Customer Success Manager
* Proven ability to drive retention and customer satisfaction
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management
* High ownership mindset and comfort in a fast-paced startup
* Healthcare experience is a plus
