About the role
We’re hiring an ambitious, impact-driven Account Executive (Channel/MSP focus) to help make cybersecurity more accessible for small and growing businesses.This is a quota-carrying role focused on expanding our reach through a key channel ecosystem, growing partner revenue, and helping build a strong MSP community. You’ll bring a hunter mindset, strong partner management skills, and the ability to run a disciplined pipeline.
What you’ll do
Qualify MSP/reseller needs and deliver crisp solution presentations and product demos
Build relationships with partner executives, sales, and technical stakeholders
Run joint partner GTM activity (campaigns, events, co-marketing collateral)
Support partners to successfully position and sell the solution
Own pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools
Track partner performance, drive retention and growth (upsell/cross-sell), and reduce churn
Stay across cybersecurity trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategy
What you’ll bring
4+ years in channel partnerships, business development, or quota-carrying sales in cybersecurity
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment, juggling priorities end-to-end
Strategic, organised, and commercially minded (planning, execution, metrics)
Solid understanding of the Australian MSP + cybersecurity landscape
