40fte salesteam (Spread across 7 business units). 4 BDMs/AE, 5 SDRs, 7 Sales Managers, 27 AMs.
Role description:
Full cycle sales role.
Focus on SMB/MM. Leads come in through marketing and BDRs, but also requires outbound.
Run entire process after first meeting yourself, untill signature (Demo, negotiation etc.)
Cycles 3-6 months, ADS 10-15K ARR.
Quota: 300K-500K (Depending on seniority) - Very doable.
Discovery calls are done online, they tend to go for face to face meetings after. So this is a nice role where you VISIT clients!

Everything in ‘eigen beheer’ (Support en implementatie, 9.2/10 rating van klanten)
Must haves:
1-3 years of SaaS sales experience (could be SDR)

People that love sales and are passionate about it (Intrinsicly motivated)
Hunter’s mindset is appreciated
Nice to haves:
Closing experience (Big PLUS - especially for senior range)
