Role description:
Typical BDR role. Split between inbound and outbound leadgen in first year.
Short sales cycles of 1 to 3 months, simple & straightforward sales process
ACV: 10k
AEs will be taught MEDDIC
Must haves:
Some form of cold calling experience
Someone who understands business development
Hunter mindset
Characteristics: Intelligent, coachable, curious, work ethic
Dutch native
Nice to haves:
Affinity with product
People that have sold to accountants & tax advisors before
Business or legal background
Salary range: up to 40-45k base incl. + commission
