Role Description
Build & grow the marketing team, 2 to 10+ FTE in the next 2-3 years
Marketing Strategy & Foundational PMM (positioning, messaging etc.)
Content & Performance Marketing Strategy (2 most important pillars)

Must-have requirement:
6+ years of B2B Marketing experience (ideally with marketing to SME's)
Generalist with deep experience in Content and/or Performance (spending $60k p/m)
Experience working for high growth tech start/scale-ups
'Get-shit-done mentality', very hands-on
Leadership experience
Nice-to-haves:
Experience in the energy market or marketing to Procurement/CFO
