About the role
Full-cycle Junior AE role, owning deals from demo to close.
100% inbound pipeline (outbound to start in 2026)
Selling to agencies and brands (split EU/US)
Consultative, fast-paced sales cycles (2–3 weeks)
Average deal size €6K–€30K ARR
Targets: ~€325K ARR per quarter; reps hitting 150–200%+

Requirements
6–12 months SaaS SDR experience or 1–2 years AE experience in fast-paced sales
Proven overachievement
High curiosity, drive, and resilience
Interest in AI and analytics
Bonus: sold to agencies or in SEO/analytics SaaS
Package
OTE: €90K–€120K (50/50 split) + equity
10K relocation bonus, Uber credits, team events, premium office space
