The business has operated in DACH for over a decade and is now backed by significant funding to accelerate growth. The DACH region is a top global priority, with deep executive sponsorship and strong internal alignment.
The DACH commercial org is already established and scaling fast (team of AE's + AM's and team leads)
Role Scope
You will lead the DACH SMB + Mid-Market segment with full ownership of execution and growth.
Key responsibilities:
Scale revenue from €XXM → €XXM ARR within 3 years
Strengthen outbound execution while maintaining strong inbound conversion
Rebuild momentum in Mid-Market
Increase pipeline coverage
Build/enable a new channel framework in DACH (new approach locally)
Drive operational excellence (pipeline generation, forecasting, performance management)
Partner closely with Marketing, Enablement, and BDR teams to localize global playbooks and build a scalable revenue engine

Candidate Profile
Must-haves
5–10 years in B2B SaaS sales (closing roles)
3–5 years leadership experience, incl. 2nd-line leadership
SMB + Mid-Market sales experience
Proven success with both outbound + inbound motions
Start-up / scale-up environment experience
Nice-to-haves
DACH SaaS / tech background (ideally IT / public sector exposure)
Multi-vertical or multi-business-model exposure
Compensation
€250K OTE (60/40 split)
Up to €300K OTE (50/50 split)
