Role description:
This is one of Paraglide’s first dedicated BDR hires, working directly with the founder and GTM team.

The role is high-intensity, outbound-heavy, and designed as a fast-track role into AE (promotion after ~6 months possible).

Core responsibilities:

Outbound prospecting into mid-market and enterprise tech companies

Booking qualified meetings for AEs/founders

Generating pipeline through high-volume outbound activity

Working closely with founders on messaging and ICP refinement

Managing activity and pipeline in HubSpot

Supporting early GTM learnings in a brand-new sales motion

KPIs:

Meetings booked

Pipeline generated

Closed ARR originating from booked meetings

This is a scrappy, high-energy role in a company without an established brand — ideal for someone who enjoys intensity and pace.

6+ months of outbound prospecting experience

Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection

High energy, high intensity, fast pace

Strong communicator, outgoing personality

Ambition to move into an AE role quickly

Comfortable working in a very early-stage, founder-led setup

Nice to haves:
Prior BDR experience

Background in sales, recruiting, or other outbound-heavy roles

Experience selling without a known brand

“Evangelical” sales mindset

Salary range & secondary benefits:
Salary: TBD (open; founder flexible based on candidate quality)
