Role description:
You will be the first sales hire, working closely with the founders.
You'll be fundamental in building pipelines (mainly through outbound sales) and closing deals in a full-cycle closing role. You'll talk to the department head of service and customer support at Ideal clients, helping them with their hiring pains. You get the opportunity to help set up outbound sales motion & optimize the inbound sequence, and execute on building pipeline
You get the opportunity to build out your own portfolio of clients
Dealcycles: 1-3 months
Target: first 3 months ramp - building pipeline, then closing four customers per month.
Target personas: Head of Talent, Head of Support, Head of customer service,
Target companies: Mid-Market (50-200 FTE)

Must haves:
1. 1 years of sales experience
2. Bachelor (HBO) +
3. Sharp, intelligent, strong communicators who can hold business-level conversations with executive presence (!)
Nice to haves:
1. Actual b2b closing experience or SDR SaaS experience
People ready to make a step from SDR to AE would fit

Hiring process:

Salary range & secondary benefits: 36K - 45K EUR base (inc. holiday pay) + 10K bonus (uncapped)
