Role description: Business Development Representative
Full focus on building pipeline with new accounts and warm accounts in the Benelux.
Qualifying accounts with discovery calls working closely together with a territory AE and Named Account executive
Focus on Mid-Market and Named accounts (Enterprise)
Industry Agnostic - very large TAM
You get trained by 2 AEs and a Sales Director who can help you grow to Territory AE
Unique about the company (that you don’t read online):
The tenure for sales is very strong - sales reps on average are 4-5 years (which is rare) for 5 reasons

Must haves:
6+ months of B2C or B2B sales experience (can be any form)
Experience and ability to prospect
Ability and willingness to do cold calls and handle objections
Strong aptitude for the role of BDR
affinity with IT solutions/tech savvy
Nice to haves:
6+ months of actual BDR SaaS experience
MEDDICC trained
Hiring process: 3 interviews
Salary range & secondary benefits: EUR 40-50k base + 11.2K bonus OTE + Benefits
