6-person partner team (3 open roles)
Existing partner managers in Dallas and Germany
Reports directly to Global VP of CS & Partnerships
Role description:
Responsible for new partner acquisition and enablement within digital agency and consultancy ecosystems. Focus is on creating partner-led delivery networks to support SaaS deployment across mid-market manufacturing.
Own partner strategy in assigned region
Build partner-led pipeline and qualify inbound leads
Mid-tier agency and consultancy focus (not large holding companies)
ERP familiarity (Microsoft/SAP) valued but not required
Coordination with internal sales, marketing, and CS functions
Self-starter with ability to craft and execute territory and partner plans
Consultative approach to drive early engagement in partner-led sales cycles

Salary range & secondary benefits:
€120K – €140K OTE (70/30 split)
Quarterly targets: deal reg, MCV won, strategic goals
