Role: Partner Manager (2x roles: North America & UKI)
Location:

North America: Dallas preferred; open to Chicago, Atlanta, Raleigh, DC metro (no Pacific time zone)

UKI: UK preferred, flexible within region (excluding NL)

WFH policy: Hybrid; includes 3 weeks work-from-anywhere annually

Size and functions of local team:

6-person partner team (3 open roles)

Existing partner managers in Dallas and Germany

Reports directly to Global VP of CS & Partnerships

Role description:
Responsible for new partner acquisition and enablement within digital agency and consultancy ecosystems. Focus is on creating partner-led delivery networks to support SaaS deployment across mid-market manufacturing.

Own partner strategy in assigned region

Build partner-led pipeline and qualify inbound leads

Mid-tier agency and consultancy focus (not large holding companies)

ERP familiarity (Microsoft/SAP) valued but not required

Coordination with internal sales, marketing, and CS functions

Self-starter with ability to craft and execute territory and partner plans

Consultative approach to drive early engagement in partner-led sales cycles

5+ years in SaaS or B2B partnerships/channel roles

Experience with digital agencies or consultancies

Sales-driven with planning ownership

Based in eligible time zones

Nice to haves:

Background across both digital agency and ERP ecosystems

Existing relationships with mid-tier consultancies

SaaS enablement experience

Salary range & secondary benefits:
€120K – €140K OTE (70/30 split)
Quarterly targets: deal reg, MCV won, strategic goals
3 weeks work-from-anywhere
