Size and functions of local team: The MD, first sales hire + hiring marketer now (mother company is bigger, in the same building)
Role description:
This is a newly founded company within their mother company, launcing a SaaS product for energy & operational management in the public transport industry. All needs to be set up from scratch.
There are 150 prospects in Europe. PTO - public transport operators are their ICP.
Averaging 10 stakeholders per account.
Will work with Hubspot, Saleshunt and LinkedIn. Cold calling will be limited, mainly BD work done via LinkedIn and email.
Qualify based on BANT.
First 3 months focus:
Account mapping, data, research, product knowledge, market visibility, an event.
Second 3 months focus:
Personalized outbounding.
Have the opportunity to grow into an AE within 12 to 18 months.
3/4 times per year international travel for events.
Deal sizes: between 50k and 500k ARR. Long, enterprise sales cycles.
Competitor: Peak Mobility (German company)
Must haves:
Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience
Bachelors degree
Proactive, driven, strategic, start-up ready, analytical
Nice to haves:
Dutch (strong nice to have) or other languages
MSc degree
Tech/ SaaS experience
Salary range: up to 50k base + 10k commission
40 vacation days, good pension
