Dennis begann seine Karriere in seiner Studentenzeit als Softwareentwickler und arbeitete bei mehreren Tech Stacks wie PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, Angular und React. Später wurde er als Berater Teil von codecentric und entwickelte Akkreditierungssoftware für Mojo Concerts, wobei er eine Serverless-Architektur auf GCP nutzte, die er mit AWS-Services integrierte.
Danach arbeitete Dennis mit verschiedenen Klienten zusammen, wobei sein Hauptfokus auf Angular und Java auf der AWS-Cloudplattform lag. Bei Alphabet Lease leitete er ein Team von 10 Frontend-Entwicklern, traf wichtige Architekturentscheidungen, unter anderem bezüglich der Einführung eines Monorepo für Frontend-Anwendungen, und leitete wöchentliche Frontend-Meetings.

Sein Fokus liegt auf Groß- und Unternehmensgeschäften, wobei er sowohl Pre- als auch Post-Sales abschloss und mit Vertriebsteams und CSM im technischen Account-Management und der Softwareimplementierung zusammenarbeitete. Er ist zweisprachiger Finne mit schwedischen Wurzeln und unbestreitbarer (wenn auch selbstverkündeter) Poolbillard-Champion des Büros.

Michelle has been coding since 11 when her big brother introduced her to the world of Scratch. After completing her university degrees she had the opportunity to intern for a software engineering company where she found her passion reignited. She worked on the complete offering of a security guard monitoring device, from writing queues in firmware to centering tables on the frontend and creating big data pipelines with Azure Synapse. Throughout her journey, her favourite part was always the people aspect – how could a tech solution be designed with the final user in mind? This led her to creating training programs for clients that decreased engineering support load by over 60%.
After her move to the Netherlands, she joined a small startup as the only full time engineering member. She was mainly infrastructure and backend focused and was responsible for the majority of the company’s technical offerings as well as training of junior staff members. Michelle also took on some product management tasks and was directly involved in most decisions involving what to build to ensure the final goal was achievable. Her next challenge was at a Dutch e-commerce store which was one of the largest in their industry in the entire Benelux area. This taught her all about e-commerce from a technical side, such as optimising SEO and the complexities involved in live shipping updates. Now, as a recruiter, Michelle aims to connect with people to find them a job that they look forward to on a Sunday.
