Role description:
New business Account Executive role
3-6 months sales cycles, midmarket sales.
Full cycle with BDR + Marketing support
Run RFPs for government clients (20% of your time)
Must haves:
3-5 years of closing experience in SaaS
Similar velocity/deal complexity
Hunter’s mindset
Operational rigour
Some seniority/executive presence
Nice to haves:
Sold to HR
Strong RFP/Tender experience
Salary range & secondary benefits:
Up to 70-80K base + 40-45K commission
