Role description:
Vertical: Broad industry focus; not yet operating with vertical specialisation
Buyer persona: Decision-makers in HR, staffing, and business operations
Deal sizes: Large enterprise accounts with a mix of fee-based and licence fees
Type: Account management with consultative sales approach
Focus: Monetising growth opportunities in existing accounts, executive-level client engagement

Unique about the company:
The market potential is significant, with a large TAM and redefined value proposition
High ownership, opportunity to influence commercial processes in an HR-tech disruptor

Growth perspective:
Opportunity to grow into broader leadership roles
High-impact role during scale-up phase, influencing business direction

Must haves:

Minimum 2+ years experience, in staffing or recruitment (client side)

Drive and ambition

Proven track record in business development and account management, preferably in staffing

Nice to haves:

Experience with HR-tech solutions or SaaS platforms

Broad understanding of staffing across multiple industries or business units
