Founding Account Executive – HealthTech (AI)Location: Berlin (On-site)
Full-time | OTE €100k–€140k (uncapped) + equity
A fast-scaling HealthTech company is building AI solutions that automate patient communication for medical practices. Backed by strong funding, the company is expanding into new medical specialties.
As a Founding Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle, drive outbound opportunities, and help shape the go-to-market strategy from an early stage.
Requirements
2+ years B2B sales experience (SDR / AE)
Proven track record exceeding targets
Strong outbound / hunter mindset
Professional German & English
Offer: €100k–€140k OTE (uncapped) + equity
