Role description: Pioneer Account Executive (Germany)
This is the first commercial hire fully dedicated to the German market.
You will be responsible for building and scaling revenue in Germany from the ground up.
You own the German expansion end-to-end, with a strong focus on demos and closing. You will be supported by marketing, tooling, and a well-established HQ team.
This is a highly transactional, high-velocity sales role in a market with strong inbound signals and clear product-market fit.
Focus areas:
Own and grow the German market, starting with NRW and expanding nationally
Close 100 new German event venues in the first year
Run online demos and close deals with a ~20-day sales cycle
Work high-velocity, transactional deals (~€2.5K ARR ACV)
Act as a hunter: follow up on inbound, reactivate interest, and generate new pipeline
Collaborate closely with marketing and outbound support
Provide feedback from the German market to product and leadership
Lay the commercial foundation for future German hires

Must haves:
Native-level German, fluent English
1–2 years closing experience in a transactional sales role
1–2 years SDR or outbound experience
Open to candidates with 2–3 years total sales experience
Hunter mindset with high activity and urgency
Strong demo and closing skills (1–2 call closes)
Comfortable with fast sales cycles and high deal volume
Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and resilient personality
Experience in SMB or high-velocity SaaS sales
Nice to haves:
Hospitality or event industry background
Experience working in international or cross-border teams
Experience being an early hire or working in a scale-up environment
Salary range & secondary benefits:
