About the role

The Pre-sales Consultant supports sales productivity and deal flow by securing the “technical close” in enterprise service management solutions. This is a customer-facing position that spans the full sales cycle, from understanding customer challenges to the handover to the implementation team.

In this role, you:
Work as part of the sales team to lead and/or support the qualification, scoping, and development of opportunities.
Can communicate a broad understanding of enterprise service management solutions to customers and prospects.
Build and deliver professional demonstrations of the solution, aligned with customer requirements.
Coordinate closely with sales and service teams to align solution design with business needs.
You will succeed in this role if you:
Possess technical, communication, and demonstration skills with a passion for solving business and process challenges with a sales mindset.
Are a self-starter, highly motivated, and collaborate effectively in a team as well as independently.
Can credibly articulate technical issues in writing and verbally in Swedish and English.
Are eager to learn and contribute to a growing team.
