Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Berlin area, Germany
Language: Native German + Fluent English
WFH Policy: 4 days in office, 1 day remote
Industry: B2B SaaS | Energy Procurement | AI-driven Operations
Product: AI-powered platform for energy procurement, battery/storage optimization & green contracts
Local Team: 3 SDRs, 2 AEs (one founder-led), Head of Sales; plans to grow AE team further

Role Description:
You’ll be part of a fast-growing commercial team focused on outbound sales development targeting mid-sized companies (≥ €200K annual energy spend). Your goal is to:

Generate qualified outbound pipeline and book 3–4 demos per week

Collaborate closely with AEs on prospecting and pipeline conversion

Conduct ~60 cold calls per day

Contribute to developing the outbound sales playbook

Receive coaching and training on cold calling, objection handling, automation tools, discovery, and lead management

Progress towards a junior AE role based on performance

Must-Haves:

1+ year of aggregated work experience (including internships)

Experience in fast-paced, structured work environments

Highly energetic, resilient personality

Comfortable with cold calling & outbound sales motions

Structured and self-driven approach

Nice-to-Haves:

Background in energy, industrial, or procurement-driven sectors

Experience selling to procurement teams

Exposure to early-stage SaaS sales teams or playbook-building

Process:

Recruiter screening (Bluebird)

Hiring Manager call (Raul)

Final in-office session (role play + team lunch + peer interview)

Offer

Compensation:

€42K base + €23K variable (uncapped) → €65K OTE

Top performers currently tracking €75–80K

Bonus kicker: 5x meeting commission if the AE closes the deal

Monthly commission payout (based on meetings + deal size)

Up to 1.5% sourced revenue commission (performance-based)
