Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)Location: Berlin area, Germany

Local Team: 3 SDRs, 2 AEs (one founder-led), Head of Sales; plans to grow AE team further
Role Description:
You’ll be part of a fast-growing commercial team focused on outbound sales development targeting mid-sized companies (≥ €200K annual energy spend). Your goal is to:
Generate qualified outbound pipeline and book 3–4 demos per week
Collaborate closely with AEs on prospecting and pipeline conversion
Conduct ~60 cold calls per day
Contribute to developing the outbound sales playbook
Receive coaching and training on cold calling, objection handling, automation tools, discovery, and lead management
Progress towards a junior AE role based on performance

Compensation:
€42K base + €23K variable (uncapped) → €65K OTE
Top performers currently tracking €75–80K
Bonus kicker: 5x meeting commission if the AE closes the deal
Monthly commission payout (based on meetings + deal size)
Up to 1.5% sourced revenue commission (performance-based)
