Role: Strategic Account Manager (1 or 2 hires)

Size and functions of local team:
Commercial team of 10-15 (AEs + SDRs), 1 other Strategic Account Manager, and hiring for 1-2 more now.

Role description:

They have a CS team currently (delivery focussed), that also tries to spot opportunities for sales. —> They pass this on to this AM.

Also 1 SDR focussed on expansion, focussed on 2 AMs (including this one)

Role description:
Revenue orientated role, fully quota carrying and hunting
121’s with CSMs to align on opportunities
Hunting within existing clients
Run RFPs for government clients (20% of your time)
800 clients in your ownership (95% doesn’t have their new products yet, lots of cross sell opportunities)

Must haves:
4-5 years of closing experience in similar role
SaaS experience
Hunter’s mindset with farmer’s charisma
Operational rigour

Nice to haves:
Strong in relationship management
RFP/Tender experience
