A fast-scaling SaaS company in the workplace tech space is looking for two Account Executives to join their growing commercial team. You’ll manage the full sales cycle across EMEA, selling to mid-market and enterprise clients.
What You'll Do
Full 360° sales: prospecting, closing, and managing clients
Work with international IT stakeholders across EMEA
Average deal size: €29K | Deal cycle: 2–3 months
Quarterly targets: €110K (junior), €125K (senior)

Who You Are
Must-haves:
Strong relationship-building and listening skills
Analytical and creative thinker
Fluent in English
B2B SaaS closing experience; quick ramp-up expected
Nice-to-haves:
Excel skills for business case creation
Structured, process-driven, CRM-disciplined
Previous BDR experience and comfort with cold calling
Compensation
Medior: €55–€60K base (incl. holiday pay) + ~€30K commission
Senior: Up to €70K base
Commission: 7.5% uncapped
